TerraFIRMA at EGU25

TerraFIRMA researchers will be taking part in the General Assembly of the European Geosciences Union (EGU25) from Sunday 27 April until Friday 2 May 2025. This year’s event takes place online and on-site at the Austria Center Vienna. The EGU25 brings together geoscientists from all over the world to one meeting covering all disciplines of the Earth, planetary, and space sciences.

Aiming to provide reliable scientific advice on climate change mitigation options and the risks and socio-economic impacts of future climate change, TerraFIRMA researchers will be presenting works across atmospheric science, geosciences, earth system modelling and observation, oceanography, ecology and hydrology, covering topics such as seasonal forecasts, extreme wildfires, CH4 emission reductions and removal, aerosol emissions, and photosynthetic capacity acclimation.

Please read the following details about TerraFIRMA-related talks and posters in the upcoming EGU25. Please also follow us on @terrafirmaclimate.bsky.social for more updates.
